Nine doctoral candidates stood up to the challenge at the Austrian premiere of the Three Minute Thesis Competition, which took place on March 9, 2017, at the University of Graz. As MC of the evening functioned Sabine Pendl, Director of the Office of International Relations.
The audience – more than 100 spectators – was as enthusiastic as Peter Scherrer, Vice-Rector for Research and the Promotion of Early Stage Researchers: “This competition suits the strategic aim of the University of Graz to promote science communication as well as early stage researchers.”
